Giclée is a neologism coined in 1991 by print maker Jack Duganne for fine art  digital  prints made on inkjet printers. The name originally applied to fine art prints created on a modified Iris printer in a process invented in the late 1980s.
Giclee is the first and only fine art print to be made with an ink jet printer. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing
2- Aluminum Print full surface printed area
  • A true color surface: Provides a white base coat that allows the colors of the image to truly pop.
  • A glossy finish: Available for both surface types. Tends to give the image a more vibrant, crisp appearance.
  • A matte finish: Available for both surface types. Offers a more subdued, muted look.
  • No matter the surface type or finish you choose, metal prints experience less glare than framed artwork. With metal prints, there’s no glass for the light’s reflection to interfere with. It is still recommended that you not place your metal print in direct sunlight, in order to reduce any fading that may occur.

The longevity and brilliance of metal prints make them an increasingly popular choice for home decor. To ensure it’s the right medium for the particular image you have in mind, you’ll want to consider a few key aspects. The stunning appearance of metal prints lifts nearly any art work from ordinary to extraordinary. If you’re looking for an art piece with longevity, style and personal meaning Aluminum print is a great choice.
